I get why the new year feels like new beginnings and a perfect time to reflect and set goals since there is a “clean slate.” But is a new year really a new beginning? And should we wait until the new year to decide to live the life we want?
Every entrepreneur knows there will be occasional customer problems, even if you have swanky all-inclusive crm software in place to help you give customers the best experience possible. Sometimes it will be your fault, sometimes not. But it doesn’t matter. Problems present a wonderful opportunity to turn customers into advocates of your product or brand.
